Graduate Student and PostDoc Association
The Graduate Student and Post-Doc Association (GSPDA) consists of Students and Post-Doc from the Jefferson Lab community.
It is led by a committee of volunteers who assist and engage in activities throughout the year.
JSA Initiative funds have been awarded again to this group which allow for monthly pizza seminar, a summer picnic and a software workshop.
All users are strongly encouraged to sign up for the CUGA email list - please contact Lorelei Carlson (lorelei@jlab.org) if you have any difficulty.

Upcoming Events
- Journal Club - The inaugural meeting of the JLab GSPDA Journal Club will be held the week of July 6-10th, 2020. Please fill out this interest form to help us choose a date and time. For further details, contact Felipe Ortega Gama (felortga@jlab.org).
- Users Group Annual Poster Competition - The 2020 Poster Competition was held virtually, during the online JLUO Annual Meeting, June 22-24th, 2020. Posters and presentations are available here. Thanks to everyone who submitted a poster, and congratulations to our winners!
- Student Summer Picnic will be held July 24th in CEBAF Center. Time will be announced later.

If you're looking for a great way to get in shape and have fun, come out from NOON to 1PM:
- Ultimate Frisbee plays on Thursdays
- Soccer plays on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Street Hockey plays five days a week
Ultimate and Soccer plays on the Residence Facility Field. Street Hockey plays in the Street Behind the Endstations. All skill levels are welcome, we play for fun and exercise.
